Parties
Our vibrant, art-filled studio is the perfect setting to gather your family and friends for a creative celebration, including birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions, whether for kids or adults. Choose from a variety of painting mediums, such as canvas or glass, and let our expert instructor guide you in creating your masterpiece.
Our typical 3-hour schedule is as below. Longer parties are available on request. Email us for more information.
- Guest Arrivals & Setup (First 30 min): Guests arrive, and kids can enjoy snacks or food while they chat and settle in.
- Painting/Drawing Session with Roya (1 hr 30 min): The heart of the party is a fun and creative art class!
- Cake, Photos & More (Next 30 min): After painting, it's time for cake, photos, or any other activities you’d like to include.
- Cleanup (Final 30 Minutes): The last 30 minutes are reserved for wrapping up and cleaning.
What should we bring?
Food
You’re welcome to bring nut-free, pre-plated food. Attendees are asked to bring their own plates and utensils for any food. Please avoid hot foods and elaborate cakes. Alcohol is permitted only at adult-only events.
Party Favors
The studio is pre-decorated, but you may bring additional simple, pre-assembled decorations. Please no piñatas, balloon air walkers, confetti, or wall decorations. Consider optional goody bags, or let the unique art creations serve as the take-home gift.
Subject
We offer a variety of cool painting topics that you or your kid may love. If you have a particular interest or theme, our instructor will work with you to come up with the perfect subject.
Payment and Booking
Booking Fee
The initial fee of $400 (which includes the $75 deposit) covers the first 10 artists, with an additional charge of $25 per extra artist, up to a maximum of 24 artists.
Cancellation Policy
A $75 deposit is required to secure your booking and is nonrefundable. However, the final payment is fully refundable if you cancel at least two weeks before the event.
Advance Booking
We recommend booking your party 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. All final arrangements and payments are due two weeks prior to the event.
