Regulations

Cancellations, Absences, and Makeup Classes

Purple Brush Art offers refunds or future credits for cancellations made before the class start date. If a student misses a Weekly Class, they can attend a makeup class within the same week, subject to availability.

Possible Closures

In the event of studio closure, classes scheduled for that week will be canceled, and refunds will be issued accordingly.

Student Behavior

Purple Brush Art maintains a serene environment conducive to creativity and enjoyment. Should a student exhibit disruptive behavior, our instructors will address it promptly. Persistent disruptive behavior, which negatively impacts the experience of other students, may result in parental notification. The studio reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment if behavior fails to improve.

Photos

Occasionally, we capture photos of students and their artwork for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. Parents who wish to opt out of this practice should inform the studio accordingly.

Health and Safety Measures: All attendees must adhere to health and safety protocols mandated by local authorities or the studio, including mask-wearing, social distancing, and hand sanitization. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child's wellness before attending classes.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, fellow students, and studio property with respect. Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination will result in immediate dismissal from the studio without refund.

Attendance and Punctuality

While punctuality is encouraged to maximize class time, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness. Late arrivals will be accommodated whenever possible, although joining the class in progress may be disruptive to ongoing activities.

Parental Involvement

Parents/guardians are encouraged to engage with their child's artistic journey and may observe classes without disrupting the learning environment. They should communicate any concerns or special requirements regarding their child's participation in studio management.

Studio Etiquette

Food and beverages, except for water in sealable containers, are prohibited in the studio. Students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their work area.

Equipment and Materials: Students are expected to handle studio equipment, tools, and materials with care. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may incur additional charges. Personal art supplies brought from home should be labeled with the student's name.

Feedback and Concerns

The studio values feedback from parents/guardians and students to enhance our programs and services. Any concerns or suggestions should be communicated to studio management in a constructive manner.
